Huntington Gardens

With Nate busy with classes, it had been a while since we'd gotten out to do something as a family. We decided on Huntington Gardens. Grant was really grumpy that day because we'd had a very busy week, but he came around.

Helping Dad read the map

"It's either this way or that way..."

Grant found a lizard. He was especially excited because Jared and Kegan had shown him lizards the day before.

Grant was more interested in the ants than he was in pretty much anything else.

The fish were pretty exciting. They would swim right up to where you stood.

I am SO dyslexic! I read the title as "Hunting Gardens" and was wondering how one would do that. Figured Grant's a little trooper, though, and if he really wanted to do it, he would!!! :-) He's growing so fast!

So cute! I haven't been there in years. Sorry I haven't responded to your emails...it just occurred to me. We have a strange illness that I will tell you about later. Just doing laundry around the house and administering medicine, oh and sweating. We need to pool soon!

Looks like fun! I miss the Huntington Gardens! I've told Sead about that place and others down there. We'll have to visit them as part of a Disney trip when Ella's old enough. :-)
